New kit being finished for another manufacturer to market.

This is from my Frijole Flats Sketchbooks. It is the Police station, but I have converted it into a Chinese Laundry. It features a log lower floor mostly boarded over and a boiler and water tank. It is an O scale all resin kit except for the roofing and front deck. Full decals are included and Dennis Brandt will be selling this kit on the Bay very soon. Full step by step instructions on assembly, finish and painting/weathering are of course included.
